Fees
How we price financial audits and focused reviews of payroll processing applications — transparent drivers, no subscription theatre.
How quotes are built
Payroll application work varies with headcount, entity count, and how many pay cycles sit in scope. We issue a written quote after a short scoping call rather than publishing a single sticker price that would mislead half of our clients.
Indicative ranges
| Engagement | Typical basis | Indicative range (THB) |
|---|---|---|
| Payroll application audit | Quote after scoping | 180,000 – 480,000 |
| Statutory deduction review | Fixed fee | 65,000 – 120,000 |
| Payroll control walkthrough | Day rate | 28,000 per day |
| Year-end payroll reconciliation | Quote by entity | 90,000 – 220,000 |
Ranges assume one primary payroll application and ordinary access to extracts. Heavily customised calculation scripts, multiple countries, or reconstruction of missing historical files sit outside these bands.
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of employees and distinct pay groups
- Legal entities sharing or splitting the same application
- Parallel runs after a migration
- On-site fieldwork outside Bangkok
- Urgency tied to an external audit visit
Deposits and billing
A 40% deposit confirms the fieldwork window. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the final report or, for day-rate walkthroughs, weekly in arrears. Travel outside Greater Bangkok is billed at cost with prior approval.
What we do not sell
We do not offer monthly software licences, seat-based subscriptions, or “unlimited ticket” support plans. If you need a follow-on control retest after remediation, we quote that as a short separate engagement.
Next step
Request a scoping call with your approximate headcount and application name. We aim to return a fee outline within three business days.
