Services described on this site

Descriptions of financial audit and related reviews of payroll processing applications are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter or written confirmation stating scope, fees, and timing.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and graphics are owned by Mind Data Grid or licensed to us. You may not copy substantive content for commercial use without written permission. Working papers and reports produced under an engagement remain subject to the engagement letter; clients receive usage rights for internal governance and external audit support as stated there.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, lawful access to payroll application environments, and timely feedback on draft findings. You remain responsible for decisions taken after receiving our report.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Mind Data Grid is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Governing law
